Manufacturing of aircraft components (Production organization, FAR PART-21, Subpart G)
S7 Technics has the AE (Aircraft Equipment) Production Directorate operating under the Russian Approval FAR-21 Subpart G (Approval Certificate No. ФАВТ-И-73). This approval enables the company to manufacture aircraft components with generally accepted validation documents (data sheet, label, and airworthiness approval tag), which means that our Customers can install the products manufactured by S7 Technics on most types of civil aircraft operated in the Russian Federation.
The AE Production Directorate has the following production areas:
- PU Foam Components Production, Mineralnye Vody,
- Composite Panels Production, Mineralnye Vody,
- Decals Production, Domodedovo,
- Decals Production, Novosibirsk,
- Plastic Components Production, Novosibirsk,
- Metal Components Production, Novosibirsk,
- Sewing Area, Domodedovo, and
- Sewing Area, Novosibirsk.
The AE Production Directorate is manned by highly skilled staff who had all necessary trainings and assessments.
All production areas are equipped with state-of-the-art industrial equipment suitable to manufacture high-quality products using approved materials that passed all necessary tests.
Currently, the List of Approved Productions for S7 Technics contains the possibility of manufacturing the following groups of components: plastic parts, placards (decals), metal products, PU foam products, filtering products, and sewn products. We are continuously expanding the range of manufactured aircraft equipment to meet our Customers’ demands.
